Lock-out tags are fabricated from extemely durable high-desity aluminum composite material.  Printed messaging appears on both sides and coated with a harsh environment resistant protective laminate  Machine Isolation Point data is printed on the front and back of the tag with a warning icons on both sides of the tag.
